From Tier 1 operators to emerging developers, Aaron has driven real operational transformation within companies such as BHP, Rio Tinto, Mineral Resources, Thiess, Peabody, Latin Resources, and Atlantic Lithium.

Aaron’s strength lies not in any single commodity, but in his ability to bring people, systems, and strategy together to create high-performing operations. He has worked across Australia, Brazil, Africa, and beyond—navigating complex environments and delivering results in organisations with vastly different approaches and mandates. Whether revitalising legacy assets or building new operations from the ground up, Aaron focuses on what truly moves the needle: performance culture, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution.

Andriy Dubyk is a senior executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in mining, upstream oil and gas, and utilities. With a career spanning over two decades, Andriy has delivered multiple business transformations as company CEO and as management consultant with McKinsey & Company and Kearney. His expertise lies in leading cultural change, developing growth strategies and driving capital productivity.

His leadership is characterized by a strong focus on performance culture, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution. Andriy is known for his ability to navigate complex environments and deliver results that create long-term value.

As a founding member of Tariq Minerals, Andriy leads Strategy and Corporate Development work, building a pipeline of high-potential projects in top mining-friendly jurisdictions.

Andriy is passionate about developing resource projects that elevate local communities, create economic empowerment, and enable an entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports communities beyond project life.

Nicholas is a highly accomplished Exploration Geologist with over a decade of experience in the global mining industry, specializing in lithium, uranium, gold and critical minerals exploration across Australia, Africa, Japan, North and South America.

Nicholas has specialized in Discovery Expertise, Uranium Exploration, Stakeholder Engagement, Extensive International Experience working in Africa and South America, Project Management, Data Analysis and Target Generation.

Some of his notable achievements include being part of the discovery team for one of the largest hard rock lithium deposits globally, measuring 189Mt @ 1.5% Li2O, built strong relationships with stakeholders, local communities, government entities and investors to achieve transformational exploration opportunities and has led and managed many large exploration teams to successfully find economic resources.

Nicholas’s combination of technical expertise, international experience, and strategic vision makes him an invaluable asset in driving exploration success and identifying new opportunities in the global mining industry, particularly in the critical minerals sector.

Fredrick is a dedicated result oriented real estate manager and developer with over 5years of experience in property management and investment strategies. Previously served for 10years with a humanitarian agency/non-governmental organisation supporting refugee protection, integration, livelihoods and sustainable solutions.

As a Co-founder of Tariq minerals, he brings in knowledge in resource allocation, ethical and regulatory framework,strategic decision making,risk management and strong analytical skills having managed a number of capital projects in the past successfully coupled with his finance background.

Fredrick is zealous and committed to projects that; generates wealth & alleviate poverty,improves the living standards of the local people while generating revenue and increasing the GDP for the Government.
